The Kani Urban Indian Housing Initiative is sponsored by CBC Mortgage Agency, a leading national down payment assistance provider. 

CBC Mortgage Agency has a mission is to increase nationwide affordable and sustainable homeownership, with a focus on creditworthy, low and moderate-income individuals. CBC Mortgage Agency is one of 9 tribally owned enterprises of the Cedar Band Corporation, which is wholly owned by the Cedar Band of Paiutes.

We are proud to partner with NUIFC, an "Advocate For American Indian Families Living In Urban Areas", who's mission is sustaining indigenous values and culture within urban communities.

One of the primary intentions of the NUIFC is to ensure access to traditionally excluded organizations and families, and to focus attention on the needs of urban indians.
